Service Description

Yellow Stage (Age 10+) This workout class is specifically designed to improve the physical fitness and performance of tennis players. The class typically includes a mix of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and agility drills, all geared towards improving the specific movements and physical demands of tennis. Participants can expect to work on their endurance, speed, power, and overall athletic ability in a fun and engaging group setting. The class will also include specialised tennis-specific drills and exercises, such as footwork and lateral movement drills, to further improve players' on-court performance. Players need: - Suitable clothing for sporting activity. - Drink - Racket (spares available)
