Harry has played tennis previously but in July he joined our club and has fit straight in. Over the summer he has developed really well and in particular his desire to improve has earned him this award.
His serve has been a focus this month. He has persevered with the 'chopper grip' and has started to add the sweep motion to his serve. These are both difficult progressions to add in such a short time so he should be proud of his progress.
Harry is a friendly and popular member of his group and is always knowledgeable about the sport. He listens well and this helps him improve quickly with a task.
Harry will continue to improve his game as we look to develop his rallying skills this Autumn > Winter.
