Isla has been playing tennis with us for just over a year now. She attended our Summer camps in 2019 and joined our mini red lessons shortly after. It is somewhat a surprise that she has not received this award already as she is a lovely student to teach and has progressed very well.
Isla is very coachable. She absorbs all the guidance she is given and works hard to improve her tennis. She is now an Orange player and is pushing hard for a place in our 9&U team. Her footwork is tremendous and this allows her to move around the court very well. Her forehand and serving have become consistent and she is beginning to play more friendly matches to improve her confidence.
Isla is working on improving her backhand and continuing to develop her tactical knowledge in our team training sessions.
