Whether you are looking to improve your strokes, footwork, or strategy, we have a coaching session that will suit your needs. Thursday Morning Cardio Tennis Cardio tennis is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines the best elements of tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Cardio tennis can be a great way to improve your overall fitness level, as well as your tennis skills. Cardio tennis is suitable for players of all levels and is a great way to get a full-body workout while also improving your tennis skills. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced player, you can benefit from the high-energy, fun-filled atmosphere of a cardio tennis session. Sunday Adult Lunchtime Beginners A beginner group tennis lesson is a great way for new players to learn the basics of the game and start developing their skills. These lessons are typically designed for players who are just starting out and may not have a lot of experience on the court. During a beginner group lesson, players can expect to learn the fundamentals of the game, including how to hold the racket, proper footwork, and basic stroke technique. The lesson will also cover the rules of the game and how to score.


Our unlimited tennis coaching membership gives you access to as many tennis coaching sessions as you desire. Whether you're just starting out and need to learn the basics or you're an experienced player looking to fine-tune your skills, our professional coaches will help you reach your goals.

Subscribing to our membership, you'll have the freedom to schedule group lessons at your convenience. You'll also have the option to book our Half-term camps and will receive GetAGrip overgrips.
