New Online Booking Features
1. Cart-Based Booking (Website Only)
You can now add multiple lessons to your cart and check them out in a single payment. This new feature streamlines the process, making it easier to secure your space in lessons for multiple weeks. Please note that this feature is currently available on our website, and we are working to bring it to the mobile app soon.
2. Multiple Bookings Using A Pass or Membership (Website and Mobile App)
When booking a group class, you can select two or more participants and use your unlimited plan or monthly pass. Whether you prefer our website or mobile app, this feature ensures you and your family can enjoy group classes effortlessly.
Policy Changes Effective from 1st November 2023
1. Reduced Booking Window and Additional Fee
Starting November 1st, 2023, we're reducing the booking window from 18 hours to 12 hours. You'll have up to 12 hours before your lesson to make a booking. If you need assistance from our coaches within this timeframe, there will be a small additional fee. We encourage you to take advantage of the extended booking window to secure your preferred time slots without any extra cost.
2. Administration Fee for Coach-Made Bookings
We are introducing a nominal £1.50 administration fee for all bookings made by our coaches or staff members. This fee is applied per group and includes all monthly pass holders and unlimited members. Additionally, participants who attend lessons without prior bookings will also be subject to this administration fee. This adjustment helps us maintain the efficiency and organisation of our tennis programs.
